OUR RETURN POLICY
Unopened Goods:
For any reason, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of any item it may be returned to us with the receipt for a credit or refund for the value of the item, provided it is Undamaged, Unopened and in a Resalable condition. Once it is returned to us and we have verified the item is in the same resalable condition it left our warehouse in, we will exchange it for another product of the same value or issue a refund as per your preference.
How to return an item:
1. you must notify us about return by email indicating reasons of return.
2. You must to obtain our return reference number and it must be prominently displayed on the outside of the parcel in which products are returned to us with the mark on the package Returned for Credit.
3. It must be returned with all shipping costs pre-paid. We recommend that you insure the package and you check with your post office to ensure there will no additional charges applied to the package when it arrives at our warehouse, as this will automatically cause the package to be returned to you.
4. be sure to include your original receipt as we cannot process any return without it. Make sure you include a brief note describing the reason for returning the goods and whether you would like us to issue a credit card refund or credit the value of the product towards another order.

Note: Shipping costs are not refundable even in the case if parcel is returned back to us as ‘Not called for’. If you return Products which have been damaged or used, without our return reference number, after a 14 days period since you received goods, included products, packaging boxes, documents and /or other items are damaged or missing, or without pre-paid delivery, we retain the right either to refuse to refund Product purchase price, or to charge you restocking or related fees and delivery charges. We may in that case deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded to you.
Damaged in Transit and/or Missing Items on Delivery:
We guarantee any item we ship. If it is damaged in transit, and/or there are missing items on delivery to you, we will replace it free of charge provided that you notify us within 48hrs of receipt. You must provide us with proof that it was damaged in transit and keep ALL packaging for further investigation by the authorities or the shipper. The authorities or the shipper may require the package to be collected for further investigation.
You must contact us by e-mail to initiate the process. Your order number can be found on the top right hand corner of your receipt, please have that handy along with the shipping address so we can access your order quickly to best serve you.
Defective Goods:
Sadly occasional manufacturing defects do occur. In the case of a defective product you must e-mail our customer service (info@wellness4dogs.com) staff and describe the nature of the defect and do not forget to have handy your receipt/order number. Our staff can then advise and guide you through the quickest course of action to correct the problem. If Product cannot be used, we will accept return of product for a refund for the full value of the item, including shipping costs, paid by you. Once we process all returns we will notify you by e-mail, please ensure we have a valid method to contact you.

DELIVERY WITHIN IRELAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND
All orders will have a standard delivery charge of €5 anywhere in Ireland & N.Ireland. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days from receiving your order. If you are not at home when the order is delivered, you will be left a note advising you that you may contact a representative from the carrier company to arrange a suitable delivery date.

We undertake the following measures to ensure a high level of information security for our customers whilst using the online service.
Credit Card and Personal Information Security
all of our pages requesting personal information are completed using a secure link. This means that the information you send to us is encrypted in such a way that other Internet users are prevented from viewing your information.

After transaction is completed all sensitive information is fully deleted from our system, we do not store it on any servers and not released to any other party.
